Made to order production

All Acquiesce& journals are made to order. This means each journal is produced specifically for you after an order is placed.

Please allow up to 10 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Production times may be shorter, but this timeframe reflects the maximum expected period during busier times.


Dispatch

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched from our manufacturing partner.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent. Tracking details will be provided where available.


Delivery

Orders are shipped using the fastest available delivery method for your location at the time of dispatch.

  • Delivery is charged at a flat rate, which is shown at checkout

  • We select the most efficient carrier available

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on destination and external factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.


Shipping locations

We currently ship to selected destinations. Available shipping locations and rates are shown at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.


Customs and import duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.


Risk and responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to you, or to a person nominated by you.

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, the order may be returned to the sender. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Delays and lost items

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.


Incorrect address information

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
