All Acquiesce& journals are carefully made to order. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and produce each journal specifically for you.
Please allow up to 5-10 working days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched. Production times may vary, but this timeframe reflects the maximum expected period during busier times. We'll always keep you notified of any delays.
Delivery
Once production is complete, your order will always be shipped using the fastest available delivery method for your location.
- Delivery is always charged at a flat rate
- We select the most efficient delivery service available at the time of dispatch
- Tracking information will be provided where available
Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on location and external factors outside of our control.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.
Right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days.
However, because Acquiesce& journals are made to order and produced specifically for you, this right to cancel does not apply once production has begun.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds
In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Or not as described
you are entitled to a remedy.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where relevant
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Incorrect or missing items
If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
Once an order has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible due to the made to order nature of the product.
