Are any purchases final sale?
All of our products are made to order. We cannot accept returns except in certain cases, such as damaged or faulty goods.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible and always send through the fastest available delivery service.
All our products are made to order, which can take from 5-10 working days. We'll start manufacturing your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured through our network of UK based and worldwide partners. When your order is placed this is automatically routed to our nearest available manufacturing partner to your delivery address.
This ensures the faster delivery times and lowers the carbon footprint of your new journal.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always charged at £4.99 for UK orders and we'll send it through the fastest available method from our manufacturing partner.
Worldwide shipping may be available in your area, shipping costs may vary depending on your loacation.
