Refund policy

Made to order products

All Acquiesce& journals are made to order and produced specifically for you once an order is placed. This allows us to minimise waste and maintain quality.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has begun.


Right to cancel

Under UK and EU consumer law, you normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days.However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Faulty or damaged items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your item arrives:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs where relevant

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or a refund, in line with your statutory rights.


Incorrect or missing items

If you receive an incorrect item or part of your order is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed once approved

  • Bank processing times may vary


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind due to the made to order nature of our products.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
